Yes, I’m taking another break from blogging, but this time, it’s to get my mental health together. The situation I talked about in my last blog post escalated to a level that really shook things up for me, and I’ve been struggling to feel like myself since.
During this time away, I’ll still be going to therapy weekly and working on myself. I just want to focus all of my time and energy on surrounding learning how to block negativity, journaling, and trying to feel like myself again. I hope to be able to share more about everything when I return to blogging in June (I’m thinking late June??), but I’ll definitely share when I feel I’m ready and when the time is right.
I appreciate all of your continued support in my mental health journey, and I can’t wait to come back stronger than I am now.
